No. If you already have a domain, we’ll connect it for you. If not, we’ll guide you through buying one and then connect it so your site looks fully branded and professional.

We connect your existing booking system — such as Fresha, Treatwell, Square, Calendly or similar — so clients can book appointments directly through your website without extra manual steps.

That’s completely fine. We’ll build the site using your best phone photos and any text you provide. If you have none yet, we can use tasteful placeholder imagery and copy prompts so you know exactly what to replace later.

Most beauty websites are delivered within 5–7 days: brief and brand review on day 1, design and build over days 2–5, revisions on day 6, and launch on day 7.

Yes. The package includes a revision round on day 6 so you can request tweaks before launch. Additional small tweaks are covered during your included one-month support period.

Absolutely. We build on a modern, easy-to-edit platform and provide a short handover so you can update text, images, prices and services whenever you like.

After 30 days, your site stays live and fully functional. If you need further updates or ongoing support, you can book ad-hoc changes or a monthly care plan at any time.

You can pay securely online via Stripe using the “Book this package” button on the package page. We accept card payments and the checkout is protected by industry-standard encryption.

Because this is a custom digital service, refunds are not available once work has begun. If you’re unsure whether the package is right for you, send us a message before booking and we’ll happily answer any questions.
